Scrambled Eggs

- Frying pan
- Whisk
- Jug
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs per person
- 10g Butter
Instructions
- Put a frying pan on to a medium heat, half as hot as your hob will go.
- Once the pan is hot, add 10g Butter.
- While the butter is melting in the pan, break 2 Eggs per person into a jug, fish out any broken bits of shell.
- Whisk the Eggs in the jug until mixed and all one colour.
- Once the Butter has melted, pour the Eggs into the pan and mix with the whisk
- Keep mixing the Eggs until they start to form lumps
- Serve while still runny, the Eggs will continue to cook even once they’re off the heat.
