Instructions

  1. Put a frying pan on to a medium heat, half as hot as your hob will go.
  2. Once the pan is hot, add 10g Butter.
  3. While the butter is melting in the pan, break 2 Eggs per person into a jug, fish out any broken bits of shell.
  4. Whisk the Eggs in the jug until mixed and all one colour.
  5. Once the Butter has melted, pour the Eggs into the pan and mix with the whisk
  6. Keep mixing the Eggs until they start to form lumps

  7. Serve while still runny, the Eggs will continue to cook even once they’re off the heat.
